Darren Weeks is Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Fast Track Group, a St. Albert, Alberta-based financial education and investment company that is teaching and inspiring Canadians to become financially fit.
Since 2001 when he launched Fast Track to Cash Flow, more than 250,000 people have attended the company’s educational events in Canada. As CEO of the Fast Track Group, Darren travels throughout Canada giving free seminars and hosting Rich Dad CASHFLOW® games.

James (Jim) Sand, C.A.

Jim brings 15 years of real estate and private opportunity investing to the Fast Track Group. Serving in his dual roles of President and Chief Financial Officer, he is instrumental in helping drive the strategic direction of the company, and overseeing operations, regulatory compliance and investor communications.
Additionally, he conducts technical and fundamental due diligence on investment opportunities, raises private equity, and lends valuable expertise in internal financial controls, and management.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, a business diploma from Red Deer College and is a chartered accountant. He also has ownership in a number of private companies.

As Chief Operating Officer and President of Fast Track Capital, Brent engages new business and investment opportunities. He also leads the company’s due diligence teams and ensures that chosen projects secure required funding.
He has held a variety of senior management positions and brings a broad background of business and finance experience to Fast Track Capital. His areas of expertise include business plan development, risk analysis, and strategic planning and implementation. He is an internal systems and processes expert, analysis and computer modeling specialist, and established business entrepreneur.
A graduate of the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance, he was voted one of Edmontonian Magazine’s “Sizzling 20 Under 30” by the city’s business leaders and professional association members.
David Dubeau

A spirit of adventure turned Fort St. John, BC-native, David Dubeau from University of British Columbia graduate, to traveler, to television show extra, to English teacher, to owner of a highly-successful on-site language training company teaching English to executives and employees of transnational companies in Costa Rica.
Dave returned to Canada in 2003 and began investing in real estate. He met Darren Weeks and together they launched the Fast Track Inner Circle, a members-only program providing timely, inside track information to members who’ve made the choice to begin a whole new life of financial freedom.
Dave writes and publishes all Inner Circle materials and directs marketing for Fast Track to Cash Flow and the Fast Track Group.

Danielle honed her award-winning marketing and sales skills working for international business and in real estate in the United Kingdom. Currently she oversees day-to-day administration for Fast Track Capital and supports its regional sales team. She also is Privacy Officer for the Fast Track Group.
Danielle has a keen interest in green technology investments and has been actively involved in UK real estate investments.
