Darren Weeks is Founder of the Fast Track Group, a St. Albert, Alberta-based financial education and investment company that is teaching and inspiring Canadians to become financially fit.

Since 2001 when he launched Fast Track to Cash Flow, more than 300,000 people have attended the company’s educational events in Canada. As Founder of the Fast Track Group, Darren travels throughout Canada giving free seminars and hosting Rich Dad CASHFLOW® games.

James (Jim) Sand, C.A.

Jim brings 15 years of real estate and private opportunity investing to the Fast Track Group. Serving in his role of Chief Executive Officer, he is instrumental in helping drive the strategic direction of the company, and overseeing operations, regulatory compliance and investor communications.

Additionally, he conducts technical and fundamental due diligence on investment opportunities, raises private equity, and lends valuable expertise in internal financial controls, and management.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, a business diploma from Red Deer College and is a chartered accountant. He also has ownership in a number of private companies.

Danielle Pearce

Danielle honed her award-winning marketing and sales skills working for international business and in real estate in the United Kingdom. Responsible for overseeing the administration department, she also assists in the development and management of the regional sales team and is the privacy officer for Fast Track Capital Inc., a member company of the Fast Track Group.

Danielle has a keen interest in green technology investments and has been actively involved in UK real estate investments.
