“In case I have not already mentioned it... your seminars and materials are Grade A First Class materials. One hundred percent meat and potatoes with very little 'fluff'. My time is extremely valuable - your programs and materials are 'distilled' to the very essence of what we are looking for and waste little or no time with 'filler' materials. My only wish is that I had them 30 years ago. Oh, how life would be different today.
You will also note that I am a repeat offender here... I attend the same seminars repeatedly whenever possible. I have attended some two, even three times. And they are well worth the investment of time and effort. The tapes/CD's are nothing short of outstanding - I think I have them all and I have reduced them to MPG files as well, so that I can load them onto our wee portable MPG player (on the cellphone!). Now I can listen to them where I go without any muss or fuss. And they are loaded everywhere. In my bedside CD player, in my car's CD changer, in my personal MP3 player, etc. I listen to the whole series every chance I get. Often. They are invaluable. Well worth the investment. In fact, the whole family is now listening to them and I believe that you will begin seeing son Andrew (age 12) who will be part of the real estate investment team shortly. After all... this is HIS legacy we are working with here. When we play the CD's in the car we get few complaints on the content... we do however, get compliments, and total concentration. Very unusual for teenagers. There must be a message in there somewhere.
Just to remind you, we retired in July at age 53 but after a week of Judge Judy we realized that if we didn't get off our butt we were going to end up in trouble when it came time to 'really' retire. Heck, the interest rates didn't even match the cost of living index, let along OUR cost of living index.
