Product Refunds - A full refund will be issued within 30 days from when the merchandise has been returned to our head office in St. Albert, AB. Returned product must be in new condition to qualify for a refund. Seminar Cancellation Policy - If you believe it necessary to cancel your registration, we will issue a full refund within 14 days for cancellations received in writing at least 10 business days prior to the event. Those who do not cancel and do not attend are responsible for the full registration fee. Please refer to sign up documentation for specific refund entitlements on a per event basis. Newsletter Cancellation Policy – Inner Circle subscriptions are billed on an automatic, recurring basis. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to monitor their own account information and status.
