WITH FINANCIAL LITERACY

Todays Testimonial

“Hey Guys, Just a quick note to say thanks so much for the amazing Kiyosaki event and the one day event following. You guys rock! I'm all fired up again, and wish tomorrow was here because I know what steps I need to take next and I can't wait to take them. I feel like an attack dog on a leash. I picked up a copy of the Robb Report magazine for my flight home and focused on all the luxuries that I know one day I will be able to acquire if I so choose. I'm focused on making those "dreams" a reality. Anyways, thanks again and keep up the good work. Thanks again!!!! You guys rock! Jeff Schneider, CEO Schneider Group Consulting & Investments Ltd. Ph. The Power of a Little Book Called Rich Dad Poor Dad

Although I first heard about Rich Dad Poor Dad in the fall of 2003, it wasn't until my best friend's wife mentioned the book to me that I really started to take notice of Robert Kiyosaki. So, like many of you, I bought the book. I thought, "Cool. Here's a guy that thinks the same way as I do." Little did I know that Rich Dad was a huge international community and that I was embarking on a journey that would transform my life.

Through the Rich Dad web site I was able to link to Fast Track to Cash Flow and registered for the next evening event that Darren was hosting. At this event I signed up for the two day weekend event where I played the CASHFLOW© 101 game, received information about real estate and investing and met some wonderful people. Darren shared his experiences with us and I began to see that he shared the same values, attitude and commitment to financial literacy as Robert.

Feeling ready for a major shift in thinking, after an emotionally and financially scaring divorce, I bought two of the products Darren was promoting: The Canadian Advisor Series and Mind Over Money. These products marked the beginning of a personal commitment to become financially literate.

As I listened to Darren and the speakers at this event, I started building a business model on a napkin that would leverage other people's money to buy real estate and then hire a property management firm to manage the property. But then Trevor Redfern of 20/20 Properties Inc. gave his presentation, which essentially outlined everything in my business model! While some would have been dismayed by this, I was thrilled because in just eight hours my thinking had begun to point in a new direction and someone else was already doing it!

I decided to use 20/20 Properties to execute on this business model and began re-working it according; however, real estate experts were unsure about how long the real estate bubble would last, similar to today's markets, so I shelved the model. Looking back with 20/20 hindsight (what's in a name?!), had I pursued my business model, I would have been able to flip a property or two, pay down some of the mortgages and create cash flow, equity and wealth.
(Lesson One – Trust Your Gut: Learned)

But, I returned to my job with eyes wide open and my entrepreneurial spirit rejuvenated by plans to create an exit strategy from a job I was beginning to loath. Interestingly though, I began to see a shift in the attitude and behavior of management, together with a decline in business; something was up. Luckily for me in August 2004 I was laid off!

During the time between reading Rich Dad Poor Dad (March 2004) and getting laid off (August 2004) I invested in a personality assessment and career counseling. For most of my career I had been an entrepreneur and sole proprietor; I was not looking to return to this arena. I instead wanted the stability of a JOB – then I was laid off.
(Lesson Two – JOB Doesn't = Security: Learned)

The career that far exceeded any other in this assessment, and the one that my inner voice had always been attracted to, was that of corporate trainer. And although my initial reaction was to shelve this idea too, I was soon recruited as a facilitator that in turn pointed me in the direction of business coaching.

Next, I attended Fast Track's 2004 Super Business Conference where my entrepreneurial spirit really began to soar! The speakers, including Blair Singer, and the information offered by Darren were top notch.

As the author of SalesDogs and The ABC's of How to Build a Business Team That Wins, Blair brought 15 years worth of experience and wisdom as a trainer, coach and mentor for international clients like HSBC, Singapore Airlines, Redken and Citigroup to those in attendance. Listening to Blair, I realized that he also shares the same passion for and commitment to financial literacy as Darren and Robert. I saw that he had created a training system in sales, marketing and leadership through SalesDogs that was easy to understand and easy to teach.

I asked Blair if I could resell his products and inquired into what I needed to do to obtain additional training. "Sure. Call my assistant Kimberly and she'll set it up," he replied. "We're having a two day training session in Phoenix next month – you should be there!"

At first I thought I was nuts to even consider this since I was living off my layoff package, I had already invested $2,000 in the Business Super Conference and wasn't due for a paycheck from a newly secured contract until December 2004 – and the event, which cost US$1,995 plus expenses, was in October!

What would you do? Well, I decided to TAKE ACTION and GO!

At the event, I had an in depth experience of what SalesDogs and Rich Dad were really all about. I met Kimberly and the rest of Blair's team, and even got to meet Robert Kiyosaki and some of his team!
(Lesson Three – Take Action: Learned)

Over the next three months I used Blair's tools to develop a business plan for business coaching; and when completed, I sent it to Blair and Darren for their comments. Blair sent me back his business plan for a new business called SalesPartners Worldwide. Our business plans were virtually the same!

"One of the reasons many businesses fail to grow or simply fail is that the entrepreneur does not put together a strong team and often quits the business out of exhaustion."
Robert Kiyosaki

(Fourth Lesson – Have a Strong Team: Learned)

Blair asked me to join his team as the regional developer for British Columbia and today Blair and I are friends and business partners. SalesPartners Worldwide is an international business training and coaching network, as well as a franchise opportunity that combines the power of local accountability with global resources.

SalesPartners acts as a sales mentor and trainer for small to medium sized businesses in the US, Canada and Australia. Every SalesPartner around the world follows the SalesPartners Code of Honour, which requires a level of ethics and accountability far exceeding accepted industry benchmarks. Potential franchisees must also go through stringent selection criteria that include having a proven background of successful sales and business experience. With two levels of franchise opportunities, SalesPartners Worldwide continues to grow and add franchisees to its international business training and coaching network.

"We went from minus 5% same store sales growth to over 35% in less than eight weeks with our SalesPartner."
Togos General Manager,
Kerry Bier,

Elk Grove, CA

SalesPartners has helped organizations see double-digit improvements in sales and higher employee retention. During the last year, I've personally helped hundreds of entrepreneurs launch their businesses, including helping one business triple their sales in just three months!

All of this from reading a little book called Rich Dad Poor Dad.

SalesDogs and SalesPartners Worldwide are bringing their first event of 2006 to Vancouver, BC. The two day Authentic Sales and Leadership Program will be held on March 31st and April 1st at the Marriott Pinnacle Downtown. With limited seating and unlimited results, Blair's two day program has received high praise from the business community – especially entrepreneurs, franchises and network marketers.

"In my opinion, the ability to sell
is the most important business skill."

Robert Kiyosaki

(Lesson Five – Learn To Sell: Learned)

Be sure to ask Darren about the fantastic deal he has secured for you to attend this two day program. I guarantee that if you do you will look back a year from now and be amazed that you ever settled for anything less!

Thank you Darren and the entire Fast Track team for your commitment to teaching and inspiring others to Take Action and escape the Rat Race!

More Testimonials

“CASHFLOW® Technologies, Inc., and Rich Dad's office would like to personally thank Darren for his hard work and dedication in promoting the mission of the Rich Dad Organization...  ‘To Elevate The Financial Well-Being of Humanity’.”

The Rich Dad Team

Fast Track To Cash Flow is one of the most genuine educational and networking events I have ever attended. The very nature of this event brings together like-minded individuals in pursuit of increasing their wealth intelligence and ultimately their passive income. Darren Weeks inspired me to take immediate action which is truly a remarkable gift when you think about it. I developed a marketing strategy to keep my network in touch with me. I attracted 20 joint venture investors two weeks after the program when I started applying myself to networking. I am experiencing the possibilities and opportunities now that I am taking ACTION.

“Before incorporating the Rich Dad® Poor Dad philosophies, I was an employee attempting to become a sophisticated investor. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to break free from the 'paycheck to paycheck' reality that many of us face. After attending my first Fast Track to Cash Flow Event (FTTCF), I saw the need to understand the fundamentals of business building. This is one of the many lessons I learned from listening to Robert Kiyosaki's teachings. Because of Darren Weeks and the entire FTTCF organization's effort, I will be in a position to leave my full time job in the first half of 2004. I would highly recommend to everyone who wants to take control of their financial future to attend one of these amazing events and experience firsthand the importance of playing 'Cash Flow 101'.”

Joe Iannuzzi

“When I first attended the Fast Track to Cash Flow event, I was probably the biggest skeptic of everyone. I thought Akash was insane for making me get up at 6:30 on a Saturday morning (I live quite a distance out of Vancouver) and spend my whole day there. If you remember, when we all introduced ourselves, I did say that the only reason I was there was because 'Akash made me come.'
But during the seminar, I can say that my outlook on the financial aspect of my life had totally changed. I used to horde all of my cash in low-interest term deposits but now my mind is totally focused on building a real estate portfolio and retiring off the income that will be earned. I still haven't bought my first property yet, but have looked at quite a few and made a few offers.....my goal is to buy my first unit by the end of September and hopefully add another property to that by September of next year. I haven't yet found 'the deal' but am looking all the time.

Take care, and thanks for the inspiration!!”

Meena Chima

“Previously to attending a Fast Track to Cash Flow event in Vancouver I was in the “book learning” phase in my life. After attending one of Darren's events signaled myself it was time to take ACTION and learn from those actions instead of just reading. One of the primary benefits received from this event was a Canadian perspective. His content and speakers are local professionals that know how the Canadian environment works.”

“Within 1 month, after attending my first event, I used one of the Fast Track's Real Estate advisors to help me buy my first revenue property in Edmonton. Since that time I have met an entire new group of “like minded” individuals all moving in the same direction. One of my core beliefs is EDUCATION and ACTION are 2 of the most important fundamentals needed to achieve your dreams. These 2 fundamentals are both supplied in Darren's Fast Tracks To Cash Flow Events.”

“Darren keeps you on your toes with his stories, motivational ideas, and easy-to-understand way of initiating the potential real estate investor in all of us. The seminar feeds you with countless tidbits of useful information that will make you hungry for more. You won't want the learning to end, and it doesn't have to, because Darren points you to enough resources to keep you going all the way to your first million. ”

Kalvin Mizzi

“Having attended Darren's Fast Track to Cash Flow event, I was amazed at what people learned from playing the CASHFLOW® game and working through the exercises Darren had us do. As a financial planner who has seen countless of financial workshops and seminars, I have yet to see a 1-day course have such an effect on people as this one had. Darren is a fantastic facilitator and great speaker. Drag yourself and your friends and family to this event!”
