Life on the Fast Track
I have been applying Darren’s principals on business building and real estate investing for about four years, and as a result my health and wellness business is flourishing and now expanding worldwide. As for my real estate investments that began with a $140,000 property five years ago, my portfolio has grown into a few million dollars. This is all thanks to Darren’s mentoring and his Fast Track to Cash Flow educational events.
What’s most important though is the huge impact Darren has made on our family by making financial education fun! Our kids, Stacey (18) and Kevin (13) were open to his style of educating because as they say "he's a real cool guy!" They took to the Cashflow™ game immediately, getting out of the rat race well ahead of their baby boomer parents!
Kevin joined me at Darren’s Rich Dad event in Toronto with Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Robert was impressed that Kevin was there and taking action to learn through Cashflow education. He commented that Kevin is sure to be one of the youngest up and coming entrepreneurs!
The greatest success is the legacy I am building for our children as a result of Darren and Fast Track to Cash Flow. Both Stacey and Kevin have easily grasped the Rich Dad concepts of business building and real investing to create passive income. They are already applying Darren’s tips and techniques by working on their own investments.
The whole experience has been exhilarating and fun. Darren’s teachings of the fundamentals of financial freedom remind me of the Japanese word 'kaizen' that means continuous growth. “When I first attended the Fast Track to Cash Flow event, I was probably the biggest skeptic of everyone. I thought Akash was insane for making me get up at 6:30 on a Saturday morning (I live quite a distance out of Vancouver) and spend my whole day there. But during the seminar, I can say that my outlook on the financial aspect of my life had totally changed.
