Effective Team Management Means Greater Success
When running your own business, your employees are one of your biggest assets, but if not managed properly they can become a real liability. In December 2004, Bernie Tomaszewski had hit a wall and was struggling with how to manage his employees during a time of business growth where he had increasing demands on his time. He was having trouble communicating priorities and was not seeing the desired results on assigned projects.
Bernie had attended one of Darren`s seminars in Toronto with Rich Dad Advisor Ken McElroy and had a chance to sit down with Darren after the seminar and talk with him about some of the frustration he was having with effectively managing his employees. Darren suggested Bernie use a consulting firm that specializes in job profiling. The firm provides a service that profiles the personality of each employee and then provides specific information on how to most effectively manage them in a work environment.
Bernie used the service and has found that it saves time and considerable aggravation because he can now identify which management approach is most beneficial with each employee and delegate work more appropriately based on their individual strengths and weaknesses.
